 Join Arch Krynauw Nel, our past president, and guide extraordinaire Howard Geach on a trip into the game-rich, unspoiled wilderness to visit the Malapa Museum, a game drive to the Malapa fossil site and building (winner of more than 10 national and international awards). You will learn about the place of the Australipethicus sediba in our hominin ancestors and the history of our planet. Stay for lunch at the famous Cradle restaurant.  As access to the site is heavily restricted, it is a rare opportunity to visit this site.  Bring hats, sunscreen, and walking shoes.   

Meet at the Cradle Boutique Hotel (about a 15-minute drive from Lanseria on the Kromdraai road) at 08h00 for registration and a coffee/tea and a rusk. We will be back at the hotel for lunch.  Please indicate if you would like to book for lunch.
