TERMS & CONDITIONS

REFUNDS

  • If GIfA cancels an event due to an under-subscription or any other reason, you will be refunded 100%.

  • Cancellations done by the attendee before 48 hours of the event will be refunded at 50% of the cost of the event to cover administration and banking fees.

  • Cancellations done within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded.

  • Please request a refund by sending your ticket number and banking details to marketing@gifa.org.za and membership@gifa.org.za. GIfA will endeavour to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the refund request.

CPD CONDITIONS

 

  • GIfA or its service provider will endeavour to start an online event 15 minutes before the actual event to sort out any technical problems and allow all attendees to enter the platform.

  • Access to the online event will be closed 10 minutes after the event's start to ensure attendance.

  • GIfA reserves the right to verify attendance throughout the presentation through whatever means they deem fit to ensure this.

  • An attendance register will be available to sign before and until 10 minutes after the start of an in-person event. Latecomers to the accredited CPD presentation will forfeit their CPD points.

  • GIfA may require an events feedback form or a quiz to verify quality and attendance when deemed fit before issuing a CPD certificate.

  • GIfA will endeavour to issue all CPD certificates within 14 days of any event by e-mail.

  • GIfA will not be held responsible for non-issuance or incorrect certificates due to the attendee's supply of wrong information.

  • An administration fee of R50/certificate will be asked to revise incorrect certificates due to incorrect information supplied.
